I want to have visions and dreams like you... Lori, would you pray? Thank you. I want you to check yourself. You tell unbelief to get out of you. If the Holy Spirit is bringing any type of sin into your life then you need to repent, because you're getting ready to ask God to bring me close to heaven and you want to be right and righteous.
So Lord, check me right now God. I want your holiness. Forgive me of my sin. Jesus, you're not a respecter of people. We all want to come to heaven. God, you know exactly what we need to see in our life to put us running strong in our lane. I come asking you Jesus for that — for myself, for all of my friends, anyone who's watching.
God, have mercy on us. Bring us even now in visions that will change our life. I pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Savior — the one whose blood saves, the one who made a way for us to come to heaven. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

LD: This week on this show, we're going to have so much fun. I'm going to tell you about the streets of gold. And it's not made of bricks. Come back.

Welcome & Show Introduction (00:45 - 02:01)
LD: Hi, everybody. I'm Laurie Ditto. Welcome to "Make Today Count". Oh, it's such a good show today, I'm so excited about today. When we were going to make "Make Today Count", this is actually the vision that caused me to ask for this name. "Make Today Count" is actually based on this vision. And this vision is a vision about a parade in heaven. You are going to love this. This is one of my most exciting ones. All right. Let's begin with the scripture. Psalm 118:24 says,
"This is the day that the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it!"
Make sure that when you start a day with God that you rejoice and be glad in it, no matter what's going on because God is in control of today. Hallelujah! We need to be blessed because He's blessed us to be a blessing to others. All right. I can't wait to jump in.
The Heaven Vision - Entering the Parade (02:01 - 03:52)
LD: So in this vision, I pop into heaven and there's no fog. Now imagine my distraction when there is no fog. And when I get there, my friends are there. There is, my angel is not there, just my friends. And I'm like, Wow, this is so exciting. And heaven was moving forward. And my friends were there to tell me, pay attention and I need friends to tell me, pay attention. Maybe you need friends to tell you to pay attention. But my friends in heaven were there so that I could try and focus and not get fixated on just one thing which happens so often. So there, the parade in heaven was about a specific day, a date. And there was a date on a day before I was born. I can't remember the exact date. So let's just pick a day. Let's say that it was January 1st, 1960. That's a day before I was born. So this day there was a parade in honor of the day, January 1st, 1960 that was happening in heaven. So that was very, very exciting. And everybody who was there knew that God was planning on looking at that day. Now, the friends were telling the others, hey, Laurie's never seen the parade, and I'd never seen a parade. I didn't know that they do parades in heaven, but God is a family god, and He does all kinds of things. Remember, there's things that I've talked about in heaven- amusement parks and all kinds of wonderful things. God has picnics in heaven. I mean, you wouldn't believe what a family man He really is. And so my friends are telling people Laurie's never been to the parade.
Movement in Heaven & Heights (03:52 - 04:43)
LD: So they- people are moving and my friends are flying. But I can't fly yet and people fly standing up. They don't fly like this, they fly standing up and they come up off the ground. Now you can come off the ground a little bit. Or you can come off a lot and you can come out and be really tall, depending on how well did you serve God on the earth. How much did you love Him? Obey Him? Trust Him? And if you did these things, another example how you wear your deeds of righteous is you come up off the ground. And so they're flying away, but I can't fly. And so for me, the rocks begin to move me. So it's like a people mover; the rocks are actual people movers and they're moving me along. And it's so exciting as I'm going to get to the front to see this parade and there is noise like you wouldn't believe. People are cheering and it's such a good, good thing that's happening.
The Man on the Left & Regret (04:43 - 05:22)
LD: And as I get up there, there's a man on my left. And I felt something I've never felt before when I've been to heaven; I felt regret. Now people tell me when I share this, Oh, you couldn't have felt regret in heaven. There's no regret in heaven- you'll be surprised. Listen. And so I look at him and I'm trying to figure it out, and my friends are like, Laurie, pay attention, pay attention. So I can't remember if I looked up or down first. But let's go up. So first I looked up.
Liquid Drops of Love (05:22 - 07:21)
LD: Pay attention, and what I'm seeing as I'm looking are little liquid drops of love. They're everywhere. And they are not confetti. They're real. They're little drops and they are zinging around and they don't go to the closest person. They actually are on a mission. These little liquid drops of love and you think, Oh, that one's going to get me and would get you from the side and and this, this, the scenario is causing everybody great happiness, and I'm happy, too. So as it's coming in, it's all flying around. I'm watching it and I'm thinking I've seen this before and I had.
So it was years ago, Mike and I were in Michigan and you know, we were getting to know the Holy Spirit and we had recently, you know, been baptized in the Holy Spirit, done a Bible study on the Holy Spirit. Want to know Him, want to understand Him. He's supposed to help us. I want to make myself available for the Holy Spirit to help me. And we were coming home from church. One day we were driving downtown and it was a, it's a one way, one way downtown. So there's two lanes going one way and I look up and I can see all these drops of beautiful liquid spinning like diamonds in the sky, and they're just hanging up there. And I knew that's liquid love. As I said, Mike, look, this is so much liquid love, and he couldn't see anything. And so I pulled over right in front of the, right in front of high school. I pull over and I said, "God, open his eyes." It was too beautiful not to share. And He did. God opened his eyes and you know, we can pray that prayer for other people opened my eyes. And I want you to pray that prayer. Any time you hear somebody who's been to heaven and got to see something, ask God, "Open my eyes." And you know, the Bible talks about how an unrighteous judge would answer a persistent widow. How much more will God answer his children who want to see what God is doing?
The Streets of Gold (07:36 - 09:06)
LD: And so I could see. And we sat there and we watched it and we it was above the tree line and we just we kept praying, come down, come down. And then I don't know why we did this. We just decided we'll go home and eat and come back. And when we did, it was gone. But this time when I was in heaven and I saw it, I knew I know this. I know these liquid drops of love. I love these liquid drops of love. And when they would hit you, they would absorb into you. You didn't get wet. You got happy. You knew that your loved, Oh, what a beautiful treasure. Pay attention, Laurie. And so then I looked down, and what I saw was the streets of gold. But I have to tell you, these streets of gold were not at all what I was expecting. I was so excited. I had always thought that there that heaven was just made with bricks. The way that we make roads, we make roads with brick. We make roads with pavement. That's not how heaven made this road. This road was made of gold, but it was- imagine this- two pieces of glass, right? What was between this was an ocean, a gold ocean. Yes, I'm telling you right. It moved. It was alive. This road was alive. And as you watched it move around, it danced. It was so happy. This world was so happy to be a part of this parade. I was so like, wow, if that's all I see. Laurie pay attention. I'm like, There's more. And that's when I started realizing that the people along the sides of this parade, they were cheering, they were, they were shouting, they were clapping and they were clapping for the people that were marching in the parade. Now remember, this is a specific day, and what had happened on this day was that these people had loved God. They had obeyed God. They had trusted God. And they were being honored by God for their deeds of righteousness. Oh my goodness, there's so much to tell you. We got to take a break, but when we come back, we're going to jump right in. Matthew 10:42 & The Parade Stories (11:03 - 12:47)
LD: Welcome back. Let's jump back in to this vision. Oh, my goodness. All these people, they had loved God so, so much. And He was honoring them for that. Do you know that the Bible says that? That's true? Let's look at Matthew 10:42 and it says,
"And whoever gives one of these little one's only a cup of cold water in the name of a disciple, assuredly, I say to you, he shall by no means lose his reward."
God wants us to give to one another, to serve one another, and that's just what all these people in this parade had done. Let me tell you about two of them that were there. So there was a man. He was there wearing his bibbed overalls. He was, he was honored by God because of what he had done that day. He was driving down the road, praying in tongues. And he saw somebody who had a flat tire. So because he loves God, therefore you will love people, he stopped and he changed that tire. Now, that seems like such a small thing. How could that be so honorable to God? A cup of cold water is honorable to God. And that man was marching and there was a lady there, she was marching. And this is what she had done because you could see it, you knew what they had done. And what she had done was bake a cake. Sounds like a small thing, right? Bake a cake. But there was a family who had miscarried a baby before, and they were they were very concerned. They just found out they were pregnant. They were very concerned. And so she baked him a cake. She had prayed for this baby. She went over, delivered this cake, and she told them, I'm here with you. I'm going to walk through this with you. And all it made the Lord so happy. Oh my goodness, he was so happy that this woman had participated with that. and all the people had their stories of what they had done. Now I want to tell you a little bit about these people marching. So, you know, there's introverts and extroverts, right? And the introverts are a little less introverted in heaven. I mean, everybody was picking on the guy, right, because they were hollering out to him and he's trying to wave and he would rather not be in the parade, but the Lord was honoring them. And so of course, he would be there for the Lord and the extroverts. The extroverts are a little less extroverted. And as they were calling out to the woman, you know, I'm sure the cake was good. She's waving and she's so excited that God noticed this little thing that she didn't even notice.
The Lord's Horse (12:57 - 15:56)
LD: And then then this noise started. And you could hear him before you could see him. And this is what he said. I'm the Lord's horse, I'm the Lord's horse, and I noticed when he would say that he must have been there and said that before his voice was so loud and boisterous and as he would say it, the crowd started answering him. I'm the Lord's, and I was like, what is going on? And then I could see him, here came this massive white horse. He was the Lord's horse, and I wrote down a few things about a horse that is so remarkable. So this horse had no- he was very, very proud. Of course, he would be proud, he was the Lord's horse. He was very, very strong. He's the strongest horse that ever has been made, and he is the Lord's horse because it was going to take a strong horse to be able to carry the Almighty. He's a very confident horse. You could tell he's very, very confident, and of course he should be. He is the Lord's horse. He was also the only one. That being only one meant there was no competition. Nobody wants to compete. You see the things that God has made in heaven, these things are never going to die, they're never going to perish, they're never going to go away. And he had made for Himself a horse, and the, and our god leads a very fasted lifestyle. He's not fickle. He made the horse He wanted and now he has the horse He wanted. And everybody celebrates that. So none of the other horses think, man, maybe he gets sick someday and and the second can step up, you know, that's not like that. There is no competition. There's only one me. There's only one you. You were made for a different purpose than me. You have a different life than me. God made it that way. And that horse, he looked so beautiful. You see, he's one of the, he's a favorite horse of the Lord, and so God has dressed him up. He was adorned with all of these gems, all of the sparkles, he had gold weaved in his tail, he had gold weaved in his mane and his his wings fluttered. That horse is stunning. And because he's so animated, my friends had to say to me, pay attention, I was like, Oh, wow, OK. And resting, coming off of this horse is a cloak; and this cloak had leaves on it. L-E-A-F, a leaf from a tree. It had live leaves that were never going to die, and they were pinching the hem of this garment. And I'm watching the hem of this garment, and as it's touching the gold floor behind the horse. It's sending out little earthquakes, little shimmers, and I'm watching these shimmers. Where are they going? And these shimmers, these mini earthquakes, these things were for the healing of the nations. Let's turn to Revelation 22:2. This is what it says,
"In the middle of the street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations."
I saw that street, I think I saw this street. I didn't see the river, but I think I saw this street. I saw the parade on the street. Oh my goodness, it was so exciting.
The Secret Work of God (15:56 - 17:54)
LD: There went the horse. And then something so exciting happened. The guy on my left, that guy who is filled with regret, he jumped into the parade and you would not believe the roar of the people. You see, that man had been alive on that day, but he had not served Jesus that day. But he got to join the parade because he was a secret work God. Our Jesus was doing a secret work in that man with no, nothing that he'd done that day, but some day because he's in heaven. Everyone is going to see all the secret works of God. Isn't that exciting? God is doing a secret work in you. God is doing a secret work in me. God's doing secret things all over, and we know that it's coming. Everyone was celebrating. Now we're going to get to hear and find out how you fell in love with Jesus. We're going to find out how that man who once was filled with regret is going to show the world this is what I've done for Jesus and God will glorify this man someday in a parade. It was so exciting. Then all of a sudden, right? All of a sudden they're like, Pay attention, Laurie. And I'm like, OK, OK, what? They said, Did you see Jesus? I said, No, where was He? Where was the Lord? He was on His horse. I was like, wow, that horse was so animated I didn't even see. And they were like, you came to heaven to see the Lord. And I was like, oh, no. So the plan is to move the rocks and to get me in front of the horse so I can turn around, look up and be like, that's Jesus. That's the plan. But as the rocks were moving me to get me there, it didn't happen because I looked up and I saw Jesus from the back and I fell down. And when we come back, I want to tell you everything that I saw. Oh, my goodness, it grounded me inside of heaven. It rooted me there, and nothing could move me because of the awe of what I saw.
Jesus' Cloak & Crown (20:09 - 23:56)
LD: Welcome back. Let's just jump right in. Oh, my goodness. There I was grounded on that gold ocean floor. And nothing could move me. You see, when I looked up, I saw the back of Jesus and the first thing I saw was that cloak. It wasn't on the horse. It was on the man on the horse. It's tied around him and all of the healing of the nations comes from His robe. These leaves sit on His robe and God heals the nations. Hallelujah. I saw His crown and coming out of the top of His crown was like fireworks or like sparklers. You know, all those liquid drops of love were coming from His heart through His thoughts. They were coming up out of the top of His crown. That's why they were on a mission. Because each drop had been sent from Him, there was nothing random about it. But the most impressive thing that I saw was His crown. You know, I've always wondered what will my crown look like? But when I saw His crown, my crown does not matter anymore. Of course, my crown will go at the feet of the Lord. What I saw was His crown, it was all light. And it's a crown of thorns. Jesus wears a crown of thorns, and it was so shocking to me, I thought the cross was all done. I thought heaven was done. But I want to remind you, the name of this parade is "That This Is the Day That the Lord Has Made. Let Us Rejoice and Be Glad In It." And you know what? The only reason why there's any parade in heaven. There's only one reason why there's any people in heaven, and it's because the day that the Lord had made that He hung on a cross is the most important and powerful day that ever was. That's the day that Jesus purchased me. He purchased you. God purchased us for God so that we could be in heaven eternally. I saw His crown, the the crown of thorns. Jesus is not ashamed of the cross. The Father is not ashamed of the cross. The cross. Here's what allows us to come freely to His throne. It's the cross.
Make Today Count (23:56 - 25:23)
LD: And once I realized that I realized something. He's the King. He's the King. He's wears all of my devotion. You know what? Maybe I knew that before, but now was alive in me when I hit the ground. The day that the Lord has made make this day count. Because Jesus made His day count, and you don't know, is this your last day? You don't know. But Jesus made the most important day count, and I want to tell you, today is the most important day. You can do something today for Jesus that you've never done before and we need that impartation. We are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I'm not ashamed of Him. I'm not ashamed of His ways. I'm not ashamed what His ways say. You're not ashamed of Jesus Christ. We are believers in Jesus Christ. We are the Christians. And you know what? Let's just pray. Let's right now pray. And because this is so important. I'm just going to get down here. I will pray. I will pray.
Prayer & Worship (25:23 - 28:16)
LD: Oh God. Oh God. Thank you, God. Thank you and help us. I am not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Say it again. I'm not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. You're my king. Here's a guy who wears that crown. You're the man who heals me who helps me. You're the God who will never leave me, never forsake me. Only Jesus is worthy. And that's what we need. That's what we need more of. You know, if there's one thing that I learned at this parade is that God deserves all honor, all glory, all praise. That's our Jesus. Jesus deserves it all. And we should be exuberant about it- the day that He has made today. Today is a day that honors God, and He's not slow in His coming back. Jesus is taking His time in coming back. He's taking His time so that one more can come to heaven, one more person. I want it to be my family. I want it to be your family members. We need, we need to make sure that everybody makes it. And you and I, we can do good deeds, right? We can do good deeds for one another. Things that God's going to honor us for. But love has an action. Come on, you have those actions inside of you and they don't count. You hear me. They don't count unless they're done for Jesus. Oh God, help us right now. I ask God that this vision of heaven, this vision of the parade give it to my friends, give it to everyone so that we can all love you powerfully. Oh God, make it true. In Jesus' Name we pray. Amen. Amen. I want my family, all my family, to be there in the parade, even if, even if God, they're standing there with some regret because they didn't live a day? I want their last day, even if it's just one day, even if it's just their last day to serve you. That's what I want. You said anything that I ask that's in accordance with Your will, You'll give me that. I want the souls of my family, my friends, God, I want the souls of my neighbors. Oh, Jesus help us. God, help us, help us, help us. Help us do these good deeds. Help us do these good deeds, God, so that others may see You. You. That's what we want, God. Let Your light shine out before all men so that they may see and then honor and glorify Your Father in heaven. God, give us that scripture, make that alive. Wrap it around us. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you for that crown of thorns that purchased us. Thank you, God, that you're not upset by it. This is the day the Lord made, I will rejoice, I will be glad! I will rejoice! I will be glad! I will rejoice with you. Today, God, use this gift. Use this seer gift, God. Help the people, impart it, God. Impart it to people, the seer's gift. Impart it, God, to people. The evangelist gift, impart it, God. Let them desire to hear, "Well done." I love you, I love you, I love. I love you.

The MAKER of Heaven
chose to wash peoples feet. To help them and cleanse them and make them complete. The MAKER of the earth chose to bow to HIS knee; teaching and demonstrating in hopes they would see. The RULER of all, with authority to demand, instead HE is caring, with water in hand. HE serves all who allow the forgiveness of sin and makes a new path for them to begin.
