The MAKER of Heaven
chose to wash peoples feet. To help them and cleanse them and make them complete. The MAKER of the earth chose to bow to HIS knee; teaching and demonstrating in hopes they would see. The RULER of all, with authority to demand, instead HE is caring, with water in hand. HE serves all who allow the forgiveness of sin and makes a new path for them to begin. HE is the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, and how can it be that the feet HE chose are of you and of me? - L. Ditto |

The Cross, a doorway to the unmatched love of God,
where His timeless strength was perfectly displayed. The Cross, a narrow way of obedience and trust; where the children's guilt and sin could be paid. The Cross, a blockade of lives in need, where the burden of sin can forever be laid. The Cross a mirror of sinners abound, with words, "It is finished!" openly portrayed. The Cross a mystery, to fullness of life evermore. Answering our cry, the Holy One prayed. Thank you LORD for the Cross, praises eternally due! Death was defeated, Your Cross forever arrayed.
